Roley Tank

Roley Tanks are self-heating, 20.000-40.000 lt capacity equipment used in bitumen transfers. Tank body certified sheets are joined by welding process and assembled after 100% control test.

Tank body is covered with galvanized sheet, aluminum and optionally stainless sheet. Insulation is provided with 50 mm rock wool, while increasing energy efficiency, occupational safety is also provided against external factors.

With the fully automatic burner, temperature-controlled product temperature is maintained at optimum temperatures. With the ATS asphalt transfer pump, filling / discharging can be achieved in approximately one hour.
