PRODUCTION SYSTEM
ATS Asphalt Technologies Industrial products are produced using methods with national and international certification.
1- Raw materials, spare parts and equipment are recorded in the system according to the material control procedure. In this section, materials are received with their certificates and transferred to the production department by giving the traceability code.
2- The design department starts the approved list of materials purchasing process. With the approval of the production technical drawings, technical information and material requirement list for part preparation are delivered to the Production department. 3- Production department transmits the materials received with the traceability code to the workstations as work orders. The parts prepared in the workstations, the machines that combine and assembly processes are taken into the painting process.
4- Products that are controlled to meet the standards are taken into the delivery process with the approval of the company.
